The Opening Kickoff Isn’t Everything

It occurred to me that there was an opening kickoff returned for a touchdown in both the Super Bowl and the college football national championship game this year. Last night, the Bears’ Devin Hester did the honors.

Do not kick to Devin Hester

Last month, as you may recall, Ted Ginn Jr. similarly started the game off in style for Ohio State. Unfortunately for both talented return men, their teams proceeded to lose badly in games that would’ve been even more one-sided if not for their initial moments of brilliance. At least their fans were delirious with joy for that moment.

Bush is forever saying that democracies do not invade other countries and start wars. Well, he did just that. He invaded Iraq, started a war, and killed people. What do you think? What is he doing to us, and what is he doing to the world?
If ever there was ever a time in our nation’s history that called for a change, this is it!
We have lost friends and influenced no one. No wonder most of the world thinks we suck. Thanks to what george bush has done to our country during the past three years, we do!

Well, I’m not a fan of Bush either, as some of my other posts show. However, this post was about football. Try to stay on topic please.
